I am amazed

What constantly amazes me is how God can work in our lives. He can take a bad situation and turn it to good. I learned that on my trip and from the Bible. The thing about suffering and pain is it isn't that God causes it to happen, it's that He lets it happen. It is through pain that we persevere, that we grow stronger. He let Hurricane Katrina happen so that places like my church and people like me can help others and live out the gospel and help them. Sometimes when your life is crazy you just have to wait it out a while and ask what am I supposed to learn from this, or how will this change me, or how does this bring me closer to God.
